Introduction of my vehicle company

Su Du is the name of my vehicle company. Su Du Company specializes in designing and manufacturing of the best sports cars in the world. I personally came up with the name “Su Du” because I want the potential customers to associate the company with China. This is because the company will be Chinese, meaning that most of its operations will be based in China. The company will be manufacturing the best sports cars in the world and there is need to have a global reach. This is the reason why it is important to transform the company into a global brand.

Brief description of the industry

The vehicle industry specializing in the designing and manufacture of sports cars has several dynamics. The industry and the market is changing constantly. Regarding the industry, there are various changes in the various processes of sports car development, manufacture, and marketing. This is because there are constant innovations in technologies such as the use of carbon fibre, engine efficiency, comfort, just to name a few. On the other hand, the market is changing due to consumer preferences, competition from the existing and emerging sports car manufacturers, changes in social, economic, and political environments within countries that dictate the sales of sports cars, and laws. Su Du Company has to observe such dynamics to successfully enter into the global market.

The problem my company is solving

My company intends to solve the issues of cost versus quality, and efficiency. The problem of cost versus quality is very important within the vehicle industry, especially in sports cars. This is because some of the manufacturers are not able to balance cost and quality to cater for the market. Some brands overprice their low quality sports cars. Other brands produce very low quality sports cars at very low prices thus ending up flooding the market.

My brand will strive to produce finest quality of sports cars at reasonable prices that the target customers can afford. My company will also solve the issue of efficiency. This is because most of the sports cars available in the market are very inefficient when it comes to practicality. They consume a lot of fuel, and they are too expensive to maintain. My company will be keen on fuel efficiency, and easier maintenance through the use of high quality materials during manufacture and availing spare parts whenever needed.

Slogan of the company

The company’s slogan is, “SU DU SPORTS CARS, QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY ALL THE WAY”. The slogan is meant to act as an assurance to customers that the car they are purchasing is not only of high quality, but also efficient. The efficiency and quality of the sports car will not be affected not matter the price of the car. The inclusion of “ALL THE WAY” assures customers that the car will serve them always.
